Parkdale Secondary College is well known for its outstanding Musical performances and this year we are very excited to share with our community ‘School of Rock’.

This is a musical   brings to life the film ‘School of Rock’. Sir Andrew Llyod Webber wrote the musical after seeing the film and realising the potential for a Musical Theatre Production.

For those of you who don’t know the story, it’s all about, a wannabe rock star Dewey Finn, who fakes his way into a teaching job, discovers his students’ hidden musical talents and secretly turns them into a high-voltage rock band. 

You’ll be energised by the electrifying music and be reminded of the importance of relationships and the value of believing in yourself. 

Our super talented and dedicated students have been busy rehearsing all year, and we are so looking forward to bringing this show to you all! There’s a real buzz around the school, and with some major rehearsals happening over the holidays, things are only getting more exciting!

I would like to thank our amazing production team and cast and crew for all their hard work, and we look forward to sharing this very entertaining performance with you very soon.
