Musical Production 2026

This year’s production of Freaky Friday is well underway with our students working hard at rehearsals and behind the scenes to bring the best show possible to the school community.  Interest was once again very high and after days of auditions there are now more than 100 members involved in the cast, band, backstage, costumes and as stage managers. Musical is a vibrant community of students from all year levels who work on every aspect of the production.  Cast attend a minimum of two rehearsals a week refining their singing, choreography and scenework. The costumes crew are busily sorting and sewing while backstage crew are building set and props.  Our entirely student filled 11 piece band have had several whole day rehearsals and have shown their commitment to learn the large amount of material that a musical requires.  Finally our student Stage Managers; Anais, Gaby and Deirdre, have been working hard to ensure that rehearsals run smoothly and everything is organised.

Freaky Friday will play at the Clocktower Centre in Moonee Ponds for three shows on the 31st of July, 1st of August and 2nd of August.  Tickets will go on sale later this term and will be announced on Compass.
