Senior School – Important Year 12 Updates
To all our VCE students: keep going! It has already been a long year, and we are now getting close to the finish line. This final stretch matters, so continue to seek out and implement feedback from your teachers. Use their advice to refine your understanding, strengthen your responses and make the most of every opportunity to improve.
Hold fast and remember that every effort matters. The work you put in now can make a real difference, so stay focused, look after yourselves and keep moving forward. We are incredibly proud of the commitment and resilience you have shown throughout the year and are looking forward to celebrating your achievements with you.
As we move towards the final stages of Year 12, we would like to remind students and families of several important upcoming dates and actions.
SEAS Applications – Important Deadline
Students who are intending to submit a Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) application through VTAC are reminded that applications must be submitted by the end of Term 3 – Friday 18 September 2026.
Students must also email a screenshot confirming their completed SEAS application to their nominated staff member:

Please do not leave applications until the final day, as additional information or supporting documentation may be required.
VCAA Exam Timetables
Year 12 students have now received their VCAA examination summary timetables.
This important document includes your VCAA Student Number, so students are strongly encouraged to retain this document for their own records and keep it somewhere safe in preparation for the upcoming examination period.
Students should carefully check their examination dates, times and subjects and ensure they are familiar with their examination arrangements.
VTAC & Future Pathways Support
A big thank you to Ms Donna Morante, our Future Pathways Leader, who has been meeting individually with our Year 12 students to provide 1:1 support with navigating the VTAC application process.
Ms Morante has been working with students to help them understand their options, preferences and the steps required to successfully complete their applications.
Students who have not attended a meeting and would like assistance are encouraged to make contact with her.
Valedictory Tickets Now Available
Parents and families can now purchase tickets for our Year 12 Valedictory Celebration.
Please refer to Compass for information about the event and to purchase tickets and reserve tables.
