2026 Musicfest
A big thank you to all 49 musicians who shared their talents at our recent Musicfest! Your dedication and preparation was greatly appreciated and created an inspiring week of music-making.
Thank you to Judy Lin, our piano accompanist, who responded beautifully to each musician and created a shared interpretation in real time. For many performers, this partnership brings out new colours in their playing and transforms a solo into a true musical conversation. Performing with an accompanist in front of a live audience not only builds confidence and communication skills, but it also mirrors the collaborative nature of music in the real world.
Our sincere thanks as well to our adjudicators, whose thoughtful insights and constructive feedback enriched the experience for all participants. Their guidance helps young musicians grow, refine their craft, and continue their artistic journey with clarity and purpose.
ANZAC Day Assembly
Congratulations to our string and band musicians who contributed so beautifully to our ANZAC Day Assembly. Their performances added a sense of dignity and reflection to this important occasion. A special acknowledgement goes to Reese Taylor, whose moving rendition of the Last Post was delivered with exceptional poise and musical sensitivity.
