Friendly Reminder: Enrolment Applications for Siblings

With just over two years left in our transition towards becoming a fully co-educational school unlike any other in Brisbane, we are excited to be able to offer our families with a schooling option for the whole family from Pre-Prep right through to Year 12.

Due to increasing demand, and limited places available within some year levels, we would like to provide families with a gentle reminder to ensure that an Online Enrolment Form has been submitted for each of your children.

We are currently meeting with families and conducting enrolment interviews for entry in:

  • Pre-Prep in 2027
  • Prep in 2027
  • Year 5 in 2028 (Term 2)
  • Year 7 in 2029 (Term 2)

If you have any questions, or would like to confirm whether you have/have not already submitted an Online Enrolment Form, please reach out to our Enrolments Team on enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au or 3262 0220.

Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations

Parents/caregivers are reminded to review our Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations on a regular basis.

We would like to provide families with a friendly reminder that, when withdrawing a student from the College, written notice addressed to the Principal is required (via email) to principal@clayfield.qld.edu.au and enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au.

Please refer to the applicable Enrolment Procedures and Business Regulations for more information on the required notice period.

Message from the Uniform Shop

Canberra Trip

We ask that all Year 6 boys please come in to be fitted for their long formal pants. Only one pair is required for this trip. This will help us ensure we have sufficient stock available, as a large number of students are attending.

Preparing for Winter

Any students who do not currently have a track jacket and track pants are asked to come in to be sized. This is to ensure we have enough stock to accommodate all students. We would also like to advise that we have plenty of scarves arriving to cover the Winter season and upcoming trips.

Stock Update

We currently have stock available of the following items

  • Jumpers, cardigans and vests
  • Tracksuit jackets and track pants
  • Navy tights, navy shorts, and navy socks (short and long)
  • White blouses and white shirts (available this week)

Blazers and Black Shirts – Embroidery Notice

Please note that Thursday 26 March is the final pick up date this term for embroidered items. If you have a blazer or black shirt requiring embroidery, please drop it into the Uniform Shop by 12:00pm on Thursday 26 March.

Carparking Reminder

Important Drop‑off Safety Reminder

For the safety of all members of our community, parents and caregivers are reminded that student drop‑off is only permitted in the designated drop‑off zones on Bayview Terrace or via Circular Drive at Gate 1.

Car park areas are not to be used for student drop‑off under any circumstances. These areas are not designed for this purpose and present a significant safety risk due to the flow of traffic throughout the day.

Parents and caregivers are also asked to remind their children not to walk through car parks when entering the school grounds.

Your cooperation with these procedures is essential in helping us maintain a safe environment for our community. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.

The College App

The College App is an important part of the communication process at Clayfield College. Please make sure your subscription is correct to receive all notifications. If you are having difficulties, our IT staff will happily meet with you. They are located in the Lower LRC.
