Attendance- Every Day Counts!

Fostering consistent attendance is a shared responsibility and it starts with being on time. Every classroom creates a beautiful learning environment that begins with our Sweet Spot routine and flows directly into the Class Morning Meeting, followed by literacy. When children arrive after the bell, they miss this crucial start to their day.

Gate opens: 8:30am

School day begins at 8:45am

School Uniform

The full winter uniform is to be worn in term 3. 

A reminder school shoes are to be worn with the school uniform not runners. Runners are only to be worn with the sports uniform.

School Counsellor - Calming Paws

 We are fortunate enough to have our school counsellor, Maria Russell, working at St. Columba's each Thursday morning. Maria is passionate about creating a safe, comfortable space for students to navigate everyday challenges. To aid in building a calming atmosphere, Maria brings along her puppy, Winnie, to support her work.

Research shows that therapy dogs can reduce anxiety and boost emotional well-being, and Winnie is already proving to be a comforting companion for students during their visits.
