Cross country:

On Friday the 21st of June 4 students from St Luke’s headed to Benalla to represent the school at Regional cross-country championships. All of the students run really well and tried their best:

Harrison Rowe. 12th

Charlie King. 35th

Flynn Gemmill. 36th

Charlie Hudson. 21st

State cross country:

After securing a spot at regionals Harrison made his way to the state championships in Melbourne. On a hilly and wet track, Harrison run extremely well to finish in 85th spot. Well done Harrison and we look forward to what you can do in future years.

Badminton:

This term students in grades 3-6 have been practicing their badminton skills during p.e classes.

Last year we sent students to represent the school to the Shepparton district badminton tournament and came away with the Division 1 championship. We would like to again send a group of students to try and defend the crown. Students will have tryouts at school to be selected for the team.
