Only three more weeks to go of Term 2
How quickly has this term gone, hard to believe there is only three more weeks to go and we still have so much to do! Just a reminder about some important dates coming up.
FRIDAY 21st JUNE - SEMESTER 1 REPORTS PUBLISHED
Friday 21st June Semester 1 reports will be available from 4pm. Teachers will be referring to them at our interviews and you will be able to discuss any questions you have then.
I would like to thank all our teachers for the work they put in to writing these and ensuring that they provide a comprehensive snapshot of their students learning. These take hours to complete, and they spend a number of late nights and weekends writing them.
WEDNESDAY 26th JUNE – PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS 11am to 8pm
Just a reminder that bookings for our parent teacher interviews are open on Compass, if you haven't made a booking yet, please do so. They will be a15-minute duration and will start at 11am and finish at 8pm (latest booking at 7.45pm). This day is a Pupil Free Day
If your child's teacher has offered more than one day for interviews - please make a booking for only ONE day and ONE session. If your child has more than one teacher you do not need to see both of them, not only do they do an intensive handover each week to ensure that they both have a very good understanding of what each child has done each week they will have met to discuss parent teacher interviews and what needs to be discussed at the interview.
THURSDAY 27th JUNE – WHOLE SCHOOL EXPO 3pm to 4pm
Thursday 27th June we will be showcasing our students' work at our final Whole School Expo. Classrooms will be open to visitors from 3.00pm until 4.00pm. This will be a great opportunity see and celebrate the work that was discussed at the interview the previous night.
FRIDAY 28TH JUNE – LAST DAY OF TERM Assembly 12.30pm
Friday is the last day of Term 2! Due to grade 5-6 sporting commitments in the morning, we will be holding our Assembly at 12.30pm in the Stadium.
School finishes at 2.30pm this day!
TheirCare
Just a reminder that TheirCare will be running a program on our parent teacher interview day - Wednesday 26 June as this is a pupil free day.
They will also be running a holiday program.
