Our school community recently came together to support a fantastic cause through our Footy Colours Day and Big Freeze event in support of FightMND. Students and staff proudly wore their favourite footy colours and made a gold coin donation, with all funds raised going towards supporting vital Motor Neurone Disease (MND) research and care through the Big Freeze campaign.
The excitement continued with our very own Big Freeze event, where brave staff members volunteered to have buckets of freezing cold ice water poured over them by students! There was plenty of laughter, cheering, and school spirit as students enjoyed seeing their teachers and support staff take part in such an important cause. OMG Donuts were also a part of our day, donating $1 of every donut sold to the MND. Thankyou OMG donuts!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our students, families, and staff, we raised an outstanding $2,248. This is a wonderful achievement and demonstrates the caring and community-minded spirit of our school. A huge thank you to everyone who donated, dressed up, and participated in making the day such a memorable success. Together, we are helping make a difference in the fight against MND.

Congratulations to the students who represented our College at the recent Gippsland Cross Country event. After qualifying through our school competition, these dedicated runners progressed to the next stage, where they competed against students from other schools across the district.
Our students displayed incredible determination, resilience, and sportsmanship throughout the event, giving their best effort and proudly representing our College. Competing at this level is a fantastic achievement, and we are extremely proud of the commitment and perseverance shown by all participants.

In woodwork, students have been busy developing their practical skills and creativity through a hands-on project creating small timber tables. From measuring and cutting materials to assembling and finishing their designs, students demonstrated patience, precision, and craftsmanship throughout the process.
To add a personal touch, students also explored wood burning techniques, carefully creating unique patterns and designs on their projects. The finished pieces showcased not only their growing woodworking skills but also their creativity and attention to detail. These finished products have turned out amazing, and the students should be so proud.
