Senior School Reflection

Term 4 in the Senior School is always a busy and exciting time. Congratulations to all students on completing a full year of hard work and achievement. Our celebrations span the end-of-semester awards for Year 10, Music evenings, the end-of-unit awards in Year 11, Yr 11 Exhibition, Year 11 Performance of Frankenstein and of course the heartfelt farewell to our graduating Year 12 students.

This term featured a fantastic VCE Graduate Exhibition, outstanding music performances, and a lively final week for Year 12. Students enjoyed dress-up days, staff-versus-student tournaments—including the House Feud quiz and Basketball finale—and a warm and memorable Farewell Assembly followed by our traditional last-day BBQ. The festivities then culminated in a wonderful Graduation evening.

As we farewell our graduating Year 12s and celebrate the achievements of Years 10 and 11, we also look ahead to 2026 with our VCE Year 11 and 12 students begin their Transition program.

Thank you to everyone—students, staff, and families—for contributing to such a vibrant and successful end to the year.

We are very proud of Ava and look forward to seeing all the things she gets up to in the program over the next two years!

This is a fantastic achievement for Ava. We would like to congratulate all eight of our applicants, each of whom submitted an outstanding, high-quality application—a wonderful reflection of the talent and aspirations within our Year 10 cohort.

Year 11 Frankenstein Drama Performance

This term, our Theatre Studies class performed Mary Shelley’s ‘Frankenstein’ By Rona Munro. After many chaotic rehearsals and hours adjusting the minutia of costume, set, lighting and sound, our efforts culminated in a performance so fabulously fun that we are honestly grieving its end! The pre-show trepidations were quickly overcome by adrenaline, and our dubious memories prevailed. We had a fantastic time, and hope those in the audience did too. Thank you to our spectacular class, our teacher Bianca, to all those who donated their much-needed white sheets, and to everybody who contributed to the SOLD OUT show on both nights!
