Freeman House News

Dear Students, Parents, and Guardians,

As we reach the midpoint of the year, it's a perfect time to reflect on our accomplishments so far and to look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead. We are incredibly proud of our students for their hard work and dedication throughout the first semester.

Our Year 10 students had a remarkable learning experience at the Holocaust Museum recently. This visit provided them with valuable insights and perspectives, enriching their understanding of history and its implications. We commend their engagement and respect during this important educational excursion.

Congratulations to all our Year 10, 11, and 12 students for successfully completing their mis-year exams and the GAT. This is not an easy task, and we commend the way you presented to the exams and approached this in the way that you did.

We would like to recognise the outstanding efforts of our students across various domains. Your commitment to attendance, exemplary learning habits, and nominations for our core values of respect, learning, and working together have been truly commendable. Your diligence and positive attitude contribute significantly to our school community.

The Year 11 Formal was a night to remember as our students enjoyed an enchanting evening at Sealife Aquarium. It was wonderful to see our students come together to celebrate this special milestone in such a spectacular setting.

As we approach the mid-year break, we encourage all students to take this time to rest, rejuvenate, and spend quality time with family and friends. We hope you return refreshed and ready to tackle Semester 2 with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

A huge congratulations to our Values Nomination recipients:

There are many exciting events and learning opportunities planned for the second half of the year. We look forward to a new term. Thank you once again to our students for their perseverance and positive spirit. We are privileged to be working with such a wonderful group of young people
