VCE Food Studies

Year 12 Food Studies students have been learning about the science of food and what the nutritional requirements of our bodies are. Recently they made a ‘healthier’ version of spaghetti carbonara, using broccoli and evaporated milk.
Year 11 Food Studies students have been learning about the historic origins of food and the global spread of food commodities. Recently, they collected data by completing an analysis of dark chocolates with varying percentages of cacao.
