As we come to the end of another wonderful school year, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on what has been an incredible year of community, connection, and support. Thank you to all our families, students, staff, volunteers, and supporters who helped make 2025 such a success.

🍦 Choc Top Day – A Sweet Finish!

Our final event of the year, Choc Top Day, was a huge success and the perfect way to wrap up the school year!

Thank you to everyone who placed orders and helped us end the year on a delicious high. The kids absolutely loved it!

⛺ New School Marquees

The PFA is excited to share that we have purchased five brand new marquees for the school:

• Four marquees – one in each House colour
• One marquee featuring the school logo

All marquees include school signage and house names, and we can’t wait to see them proudly set up at sports days and events in 2026.

♻️ Container Deposit Scheme (CDS)

We completed our very first CDS return, collecting all eligible cans, bottles and Primas — and raised $96.60!

This is a fantastic start, and we’re excited to continue the Container Deposit Scheme in 2026 as an ongoing fundraiser for the school.

As we look ahead to another exciting year, we’d love to welcome new members to the CSPS PFA in 2026.

If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, now is the perfect time to join our friendly and supportive team.

There are two easy ways to be part of the PFA, depending on your availability:

🗳 PFA AGM Roles (Regular Commitment Each Term)

These elected roles require a consistent commitment across the year and are perfect for those who want to help with planning, organising and decision-making for school events and fundraisers.

🤝 PFA Event Volunteers (Flexible – Opt In / Opt Out)

Ideal if you’d like to help on a casual basis.

Choose the events that suit you — no ongoing commitment required.

Every extra set of hands truly makes a difference.

✔️ Requirements for All PFA Helpers

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our school community, all PFA members and volunteers must have:

• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Completion of the CSPS School Safety & Evacuation Induction Online Module

The induction is quick and essential, helping everyone understand emergency procedures, evacuation points and onsite safety expectations.

If you’re keen to meet new people, give back to the school, and help create memorable events for our children, we’d love to have you join us in 2026.
