Works being completed over the school holiday

Over the holiday break, there will be many trades onsite completing much needed works and upgrades.  Can I please ask the community to remain vigilant to ensure that these works are not interferred with? Please contact the police if you see anyone doing anything at all that is not helpful or illegal.

Painting

From January 5th the Gallery will be painted inside all classrooms and the common areas. Areas on the outside of buildings will also be painted/repaired where students have peeled paint off.

The playground area will also be painted in vibrant new colors.  This will mean that the playground will be closed to the public for a length of time.

Ramp works

From the last week of December and then from January 5th the large ramp in the school grounds will be receiving an upgrade.  This work will be extensive and include a redirection. This work will also include upgrades to many other ramps around the school to ensure compliance. This will include concrete being dug up and new guard rails being installed thoughout the grounds. These upgrades are occurring due to an VSBA grant.
