Foundation End of year report

2025 has been a fantastic year for our Foundation students! 

It has been year of ‘firsts’ for them: their first day at ‘big school’, first assembly, first in-school visit, first excursion, first sports event, first school parade, first 100 days etc. They have learnt so much about reading and writing, speaking and listening, number skills and other mathematical concepts as well as increasing their knowledge about the world around them through our Guided Inquiry and Spanish. They have had the opportunity to explore the wider curriculum with our Specialist Team thoroughly enjoying Art, PE, STEM and Social Wellbeing lessons each week. As if that wasn’t enough, they have welcomed in family and friends to take part in activities and have appreciated the fun events provided for them by our enthusiastic PFA.

The Foundation teachers are so proud of how much our students have achieved this year, and we wish them a very happy holiday and every success in 2026.
