The VCE Theatre Studies students were very proud of their performance in The Play That Goes Wrong. The audience found it to be a very exciting, hilarious and an unforgettable experience. Students created set, props, sound, lighting, costume as well as hair and make-up for this event.
A heartfelt thank you to all involved, including Rebecca Warr for helping to create the wallpaper effect, the maintenance crew for supporting the set construction, Mr Tim Snibson and Peter Shawcroft for supporting sound as well as many other key people behind the scenes. We were blown away with the support from the audience who were enthralled for the whole production.
For those in the St Patrick’s community who missed the show, or those who want to relive it, you can watch it on ClickView.
We are excited to announce that our Year 7 – 11 November show, Grease has now been cast. We are excited to be working with students again from Loreto College, Ballarat Clarendon College and Damascus College. St Pat’s Year 11 student Jordan Thompson—who played Finch in last year's production of Newsies—will be playing the role of Danny and Loreto’s Freya McGowan—who played Jasmine in Aladdin Jr—will be playing the role of Sandy. Rehearsals have started and the show will be held in our Performing Arts Centre in November. Stay tuned for further details!

Our Year 7 Music students took to the stage on Monday evening for a Music Concert. They delivered a wonderful performance, showcasing the pieces they have been developing on their concert band instruments throughout the semester.
The concert provided a valuable opportunity for students to experience the process of preparing and performing as part of an ensemble. Several students undertaking specialist lessons were featured, alongside our Rising Stars Band, who performed Power Rock.
We encourage our Year 7 students to consider joining the Rising Stars Band (Mondays, 3:30–4:30pm) or enrolling in instrumental lessons. Congratulations to all students involved on a fantastic evening of music-making!
