Achievements for our Level 4 and Bronze Duke of Ed Students:
Exploring Mornington Peninsula National Park
I have been extremely impressed with our Award students and their completion of their overnight exploration. They walked and navigated their way around the Two Bays Walking Trail, over 20km’s full of fun! The first day was in the sun and the second day was completely different; the students had to cope with constant driving rain. They managed very well, being truly independent and taking full responsibility with organising their equipment, earning their Award. They were self-sufficient and managed well with the tents and cooking.
It is always a pleasure to take students away on these experiences; especially when they take in their surroundings and get actively involved with motivating each other. Every single student should be very proud of what they have achieved!
I look forward to celebrating the students' Awards at the end of the year.
