🌿 Find Your Calm: Wellbeing Lunchtime Activities for the Rest of Term 🌿
As the term races toward the holidays and students deal with the stress of exams and the fatigue that can settle in at the end of the year, it’s more important than ever to take a break, unwind, and reconnect. The Wellbeing Team has planned a series of fun and relaxing lunchtime activities designed to help students slow down, connect with others and boost your mood. Come along, bring your friends and take some time for you!
Here’s what’s coming up:
🎧 Thursday 7 November – Mood Playlists & Popcorn
Music can change everything. Team up with others to create playlists that match different moods—study vibes, chill time, or motivation boosters—while enjoying a free serve of popcorn!
🫧 Thursday 14 November – DIY Stress Balls
Get hands-on and make your own stress ball to squeeze away tension. It’s a fun and simple way to manage stress during busy weeks.
🍭 Thursday 28 November – Chupa Chups & the 5 Ways to Wellbeing
Grab a Chupa Chup and join in a collaborative brainstorm about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, and Take Notice. Share ideas for how to bring more wellbeing into everyday life.
🎄 Thursday 5 December – Holiday Craft Session
Get into the festive spirit with creative holiday crafts. A perfect way to relax, reflect, and finish the term on a positive note!
Each session will run at lunchtime on Fridays in SHUB3.
Take a break. Connect with others. Create something. Because your wellbeing matters 💚

All Schools Can Get Mental Health Support via Telehealth fully covered by Medicare
For many schools, getting qualified psychologists on-site is challenging—travel distances, staffing shortages, NDIS demand and limited local specialists make it difficult. Meanwhile, students are struggling to get support they need. OnPsych changes that. We provide registered psychologists (and AMHSW ) both on-site at school and via telehealth, giving schools flexible, professional, evidence-based support. For rural schools, telehealth is the game-changer— fast, real-time access without travel delays.
What you need to do
👉 Contact onPsych by telephoning 1300 659 350, or reach them on email at - contact@onpsych.com.au to start support
