Year 8 Japanese Film and Restuarant Experience

Year 8 students studying Japanese took part in an excursion to Brunswick East where they watched the Japanese animated film, The Boy and the Beast at Cinema Nova. 

Afterwards, we walked to Matsumoto Japanese Restaurant on Lygon Street where students enjoyed a traditional Japanese bento box lunch which included sashimi, deep-fried tempura, teriyaki chicken and more. It was a memorable experience, and students returned to school with big smiles and positive reflections on the day.
