Grade 5/6 students enjoy visit from Collingwood Football Club.
On Tuesday, our senior students were lucky enough to be visited from five Collingwood AFL players, as they participated in a question and answer session in the senior building.
Nick Daicos, Dan Houston, Ned Long, Reef McInnes and Harry Demattia were the players that we were lucky enough to have us visit. Our school captains did a wonderful job of hosting our event, before we threw the floor open to the rest of our students who asked some extremely hard hitting questions!
A big thanks to the Collingwood Football Club, who, in conjunction with the AFL, are the ones that can help make these events happen.
Gymnastics has begun for Senior School
This Thursday, our senior students headed over to the BTYC gym to start participating in their annual gymnastics program.
A lot of energetic and happy faces were on hand, and most students have taken to it like a duck does to water.
A big thanks to Mr Rodger and Mrs Wilkinson who helped to organise the sessions.
