| Friday 19 June | Applications for Unit 1/2 subjects close at 9am for 2027 Year 10 students

| Monday 22 June | Year 10 into 11 subject selection assembly

| Monday 22 June | Year 11 into 12 subject selection assembly
|
| Tuesday 23 June | VCE Subject Expo (4:30-6:00pm)
|
| Wednesday 24 June | Year 8 into 9 subject selection assembly |
| Wednesday 24 June | Students receive subject selection Webcode by email (Current Year 8-11 students)

| Wednesday 24 June | Subject selection portal opens https://my.edval.education/login
|
| Monday 27 - Friday 31 July | Year 10 into 11 course counselling week |
| Monday 3 - Friday 7 August | Year 9 into 10 course counselling week |
| Friday 7 August | Subject selection portal closes (no further changes unitl Headstart)
