Filming Day - Tuesday 26th May
It will be all action at ENPS on Tuesday 26th May (the day after our next Student Free Day) as we’ll be filming new footage for an updated promotional school video!
Throwstone Studios will be attending our school to film and photograph our students, staff and grounds across the day. Footage will be used to create a promotional video for our website, and additional images will be used to update webpage banners and the like.
As we prepare for our upcoming filming day, we kindly ask for the support of our families in upholding our Student Dress Code. To ensure student safety and consistency across our footage, we remind families of the following dress code guidelines:
Jewellery expectations: Decorative jewellery is not permitted, as it can pose a risk of injury. Students may wear stud earrings or sleepers. Watches are acceptable provided they comply with our Mobile Phones (Student Use) Policy.
Cosmetics guidelines: We ask that students do not wear cosmetics at ENPS. Only clear nail polish is permitted.
Uniform length requirements: The hemline of shorts, skirts, dresses and skorts must be no shorter than 10 centimetres above the knee.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping our students present their best and ensuring a smooth filming day for everyone.
Our new video will also include spoken parts from a small number of students, and our Executive Team are currently undertaking the difficult shortlisting process. Parents and carers will be notified during the week ahead if their child has been selected for a speaking role.
We thank all families who have completed their child/ren's media permission forms on Compass. While all classrooms may not be captured on camera for our promotional video, students' external media consent will allow Throwstone Studios greater flexibility on filming day.
We can't wait to share our updated website in due course and showcase ENPS to our community and beyond.
*please note, in the event of bad weather filming day may be postponed to a later date.
If you have not yet completed your child's ongoing media consent or annual 2026 local walk forms and wish to provide consent, please head to Course Confirmation/School Payments in Compass and follow the prompts. Instructions are attached below.
Please be aware that only consent forms with a status of Complete will indicate that your consent has been provided. If the status of any consent forms shows as Not Started or In Progress, we will assume that you do not wish to provide consent.
We thank you for you cooperation to ensure your preferences are actioned.
As a reminder, if you have not completed our ongoing internal media, external media or local walk consent forms for your child/ren on Compass, their image cannot be shown:
local walking excursions will not be permitted.
Please refer to our Photographing, Filming and Recording Students Policy and Camps and Excursions (including local excursions) Policy for specific details.
