Volunteer Inductions

At Moama Anglican Grammar, we recognise the valuable part volunteers play in helping our students flourish in our school community. We welcome parents, carers, guardians, or community members to become registered volunteers to enable them to be involved in the variety of student activities we offer at our school.

To become a registered volunteer, you are required to complete both the Volunteer Induction and Agreement. We have recently updated our process, and families can now complete these steps online. To begin, please contact the Primary Office by emailing psreception@moamagrammar.nsw.edu.au or calling 03 5480 5950.

 

Volunteers require a current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC). The WWCC is a requirement for anyone who works or volunteers in child-related work in NSW. It involves a National Police Check (criminal history record check) and a review of reportable workplace misconduct. The Check is FREE for volunteers, and the link below provides further information on how to obtain a WWCC online. A WWCC is valid for 5 years. https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-working-children-check
