What do you love about your character?
The no-nonsense but still humorous attitude she exhibits
What’s been the most challenging song or scene so far?
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, especially the dance
What are you most excited for audiences to see?
The beautiful vocals from both our main characters and the ensemble
Describe your character in 3 words:
Proper, Precise, and Perfect!
What do you love about your character?
Michael Banks is cheeky and mischievous, a little bit like me sometimes! But on the inside, he’s really caring and lovable, and is always striving to make his dad proud of him.
What’s been the most challenging song or scene so far?
Supercal! The timing is a bit challenging, to make sure the lyrics are in time to the music. It gets so fast, it can take your breath away!
What are you most excited for audiences to see?
Everything! But I like the scene with the Bird Lady, where Michael learns an important lesson about judging someone by their appearance.
Describe your character in 3 words:
Mischievous, sweet and witty
What do you love about your character?
Jane is a little bit naughty, but not too much; she is quite sweet. She isn’t as naughty as Michael! Jane is also a problem solver—she is the one with the idea to create an advertisement for the ‘perfect nanny’.
What’s been the most challenging song or scene so far?
Jolly Holiday – putting the singing with the dancing is tricky!
What are you most excited for audiences to see?
I’m excited for the audience to see the connections between characters and how they relate to each other, as well as to see how the characters grow and evolve for the better.
Describe your character in 3 words:
Bossy, Wilful, Caring
