SWIMMING

Our team of swimmers at the Coalfields Zone Swimming Carnival, was small but committed. We waited with baited breath for the results to see if we had anyone who qualified for regionals. Regardless of results though, all participants gave their all on the day and should be proud . (Unfortunately, not all swimmers were available for a photo)

We ended up with just one swimmer going through to Regionals, with race times that earned her the title of Coalfields Zone Swimming Age Champion for 16yr old Girls! CONGRATULATIONS Tahlya W.

RUGBY LEAGUE REP TRIALS

U16's Hunter Black Rugby League Trials

We had 7 KKHS boys attend the try outs. Preston J., Ryder J. & Coby J. will now progress and trial to be select in the Hunter Team later this month.

All players are to be commended on their effort & holding our school to a quality standard.

CRICKET

The inaugural Nick Bower Cup was played this week in Maitland.

Whilst we didn't have the success on the field we'd hoped for, our U15 boys represented KKHS excellently and should be commended for their efforts on the day.
