Swimming Carnival Success!
What a fantastic day we had at our recent School Swimming Carnival! The weather was kind to us, the competition was spirited, and it was wonderful to see so many students participating with enthusiasm, determination and great sportsmanship.
A huge congratulations to Lourdes, who were crowned our overall House Champions for 2026! It was a well-deserved win, with strong performances across all age groups.
We would also like to acknowledge our House Captains, Roley C and Alex B-A, who led their teams with pride and encouragement throughout the day. Thank you for your leadership and positive example.
Well done to all students who competed, cheered, assisted and supported one another — it truly was a great day for our school community.
We now look forward to the Divisional Swimming Carnival, which will be held this Wednesday. We wish all our qualifying swimmers the very best of luck as they represent our school. Swim fast and enjoy the experience!

Over the past five weeks, our Prep students have been developing their throwing and catching skills through a range of fun and engaging activities. They have shown great enthusiasm and improvement each week, building confidence and coordination along the way. A highlight of each lesson has been our much loved “chicken throw” competition, which brought lots of laughter and excitement. This week, we wrapped up with a grand final, a big congratulations to London, Molly, and Flynn for being our chicken-throwing extraordinaires!
