Shrivant Malvivya - Year 9

Congratulations to Year 9 student Shrivant Malviya, who has been named the Winner of the Year 9 Individual category in the 2026 Queensland Quantum Challenge!

Shrivant’s award-winning submission demonstrated outstanding curiosity, creativity and critical thinking in exploring the exciting world of emerging quantum technologies.

As part of his prize, Shrivant was invited to attend a special Quantum Experience at The University of Queensland, where he had the opportunity to showcase his work to quantum experts and fellow award winners. He then attended the Queensland Quantum Challenge Awards Ceremony at Customs House, where his achievement was formally recognised.

This is an outstanding accomplishment and a wonderful example of our students Thinking Big and embracing opportunities to explore the technologies that will shape our future.
