Uniform Ordering – Updated Process
Please note that the school office will now manage all uniform orders. This change will help streamline the process and make it easier for families to access and purchase uniform items.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, please log into Compass and follow these steps:
- Go to the ‘More’ tab at the bottom of your Compass screen
- Select the Canteen/Shop icon
- Select Uniform
- Choose the required item(s) and size
- Submit your order
Order Processing & Delivery
Please place your order by Monday each week. We will process and distribute orders every Tuesday, and items will be delivered to classrooms via the class green boxes and sent home with students during the week.
We will always do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, if we run out of stock, we will send what we have available and place the remaining items on a waitlist. Stock can take 3–4 weeks to arrive. While we aim to keep items available at all times, we appreciate your patience.
You can also use the uniform order form if needed.
Uniform Purchases & Exchanges
Uniform purchases and exchanges will be available at the Front Office once a fortnight on Thursday afternoons, between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
- Exchanges can be made as long as items are returned with tags attached
Families wishing to try on uniform items are encouraged to do so during these after‑school times

Canteen Lunch Ordering
The following lunch options are available to order through the Canteen in Compass:
- Sushi — Wednesday
- Subway — Thursday
- Bakers Delight — Friday
Lunch order schedule and cut‑off times
- Sushi (Wednesday) — orders close Monday at 9:00am
- Subway (Thursday) — orders close Tuesday at 9:00am
- Bakers Delight (Friday) — orders close Wednesday at 1:00pm
Lunch orders will begin in Week 2 of every term and run until the second‑last week of term.
How to place an order
You can choose to order several weeks in advance or place one‑off orders.
To order, please:
- Go to the ‘More’ tab at the bottom of your Compass screen
- Select the Canteen/Shop icon
- Click Place Order
- Choose the day you’d like to order for
- Select the items you need
They will then come to the office just before recess in class boxes and will be distributed to students at that time. If you have any questions, please contact the office.
