Business Management Excursion

Our Year 12 Business Management students recently went on an excursion to the Sisko chocolate factory. The excursion provided students with a valuable opportunity to connect their classroom learning to real-world business practices.
By observing how a successful chocolate manufacturer operates, students gained insight into key concepts such as production processes, quality management, CSR and sustainability in practice and operational decision-making in a live business environment.
It was a fantastic experience for the students. They were engaged and respectful throughout the trip and asked a lot of questions related to their Unit studies. The owner of Sisko, Christine was very impressed. Most students even bought chocolate at the end of the event to say thank you and support local business.
