Grade 3

English

In English, the Grade 3 students have completed their reading of Yirra and Her Deadly Dog, Demon and their factual recount on the history of the Australian Indigenous flag. They have now shifted their focus to analysing Thomas Mayo’s picture story book Finding Our Heart and will be writing book reports on their reading of the text.

Mathematics

In Mathematics, students have completed their focus on Data Representation and are now working on Location. Next week, they will shift their focus again as they begin investigating key Probability concepts.
