State Cross Country Success!

Despite the mud and the cold, 16 of our distance runners competed at State level on Thursday 18 July. Everyone gave their all and performed admirably and did Frankston High School proud. Special mentions to Evie Emmett (Year 10) for her sprint finish to take first place, Annabel Classon (Year 8A) finishing in 3rd place, the 15 year girls team finishing first by 1 point, the 16 year girls team finishing 2nd and the 16 boys team finishing 3rd!!

A special shout-out to Molly Power, who as a Year 12 student represented Frankston High School for the last time in cross country today. She has made it to State Cross Country every year since Year 7 (Covid year aside), which is truly amazing. Thank you for your efforts and dedication Molly.
