ART and TECHNOLOGY Collaboration

It has been nothing short of delightful to see our Art and Technology students working so collaboratively to finalise the memorial garden.  Lately the space has been a buzz of students digging and concreting in poles, varnishing the beautifully constructed outdoor table and finalising collaborative artworks made by students across the school. Its lovely to stand back and see how all the art and design from our students is successfully unified in the space. 

We are very proud of all of our Art and Tech students and how they have jumped in with such creativity, care and enthusiasm to create a space that is uplifting and joyful to honour the memory of Jacob. Here are a few recent pictures of some of the latest events that have taken place. 

Our Year 12 Product Design and Technology, Art Creative Practice and Visual Communication Design students are busy finalising folios. Year 11 students are embracing the inquiry learning that is a strong feature of these subjects. They are all engaged in personal projects, developing and refining skills in the art or design cycle process. This is a very exciting part of the year in their learning and you will see the fabulous outcome of it in the end of year art show held in Term 4.
