The countdown is on until we celebrate Book Week in Week 9! 

This year, SFX is combining Grandparents and Special Friends morning tea with the Book Week Parade.

You are warmly invited to celebrate this year’s Book Week Parade with us! Parents, siblings, grandparents, and special friends are all welcome to join in the fun.

Schedule of Events

• 🎭 8:50 AM — Book Week Parade

Gather at the Basketball Court to cheer on the costume parade!

• 🎨 Book Week Activities

Grandparents and special friends are invited to join their grandchildren/special friends in classrooms for fun Book Week activities.

• 📖 Book Fair Visit

Browse and purchase fantastic books together at the Book Fair.

• ☕ Morning Tea

Wrap up the morning celebration with light refreshments and warm drinks.

Costume Reminder: Time to get your costume ready for the Symphony of Stories Book Week Parade! We can’t wait to see your creative characters!

Book Fair volunteers

Our Book Fair is another highlight of our Book Week celebrations. The Book Fair is open each day before and after school, Monday to Thursday of Week 9. If you have 30 minutes to spare and would like to volunteer your time at the Book Fair, please contact Miss Melanie at melanie.p@sfxfrankston.catholic.edu.au. Please note that volunteers need a current Working with Children's Check. Thank you for supporting our Book Fair!
