Geography Fieldwork

On Wednesday 4 March, the Year 7 students went on an excursion to the Yarra River. We took the train from Mentone Station to Flinders Street Station. Once we arrived, we went to the Yarra River and mapped out the surroundings of the other side of the river. After lunch, we went on a river cruise where we listened to the history of the area around the Yarra River and took notes in our booklet. By the end of the day, we had learnt a lot about the Yarra River.
