Assistant Principal's Report
A message from Lea Volpe
I would like to let our school community know that my last day at Reservoir High School was Friday, 7 August. After 38 years in education, including the past 15 years as Assistant Principal at Reservoir High School, I have made the decision to retire.
During my time at Reservoir High School, I have had the privilege of watching our school grow, thrive and achieve wonderful outcomes for our students. I have been fortunate to work alongside three outstanding principals, Mark Jessup, Andrew McNeil and, most recently, Katie Watmough. Their leadership, dedication and vision have helped make Reservoir High School the school of choice in our community.
One of the greatest joys of my time here has been getting to know the families who make up the Reservoir High School community. Some families I have known throughout my entire 15 years at the school, and it has been a privilege to watch so many students grow into confident, capable young adults.
Throughout my career, I have had the honour of working with thousands of students. It has been a privilege to play a small part in their journeys. They have brought me immense joy, countless wonderful memories, and many lessons of their own. I truly hope that I have made a positive difference in their lives, just as they have in mine.
As I begin this new chapter, I would like to thank our students, families and staff for the support, kindness and friendships I have experienced over the years. Reservoir High School will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you to all the parents and students who have passed on their warm regards.
I wish each and every one of you all the very best for the future. I look forward to seeing Reservoir High School continue to flourish and to watching our students pursue their dreams, embrace new opportunities and achieve great things.
While I will miss Reservoir High School, I will always be grateful for the incredible memories, relationships and experiences that have shaped my time here. It has been a privilege to be part of such a wonderful school community.

Thank you
Lea Volpe
