Year 9 & Inclusive Education

Year 9

Our Year 9 PASS students recently had a fantastic time taking on a Ninja Warrior course. It was wonderful to see them throwing themselves into the challenges, encouraging one another and having plenty of laughs along the way.

The course provided a great opportunity for students to test their strength, agility and determination, while also showing the importance of persistence when things didn't go quite to plan. There were plenty of challenges, some impressive efforts and, most importantly, lots of smiles!

I was incredibly proud to hear how our students supported each other and celebrated one another's successes. It was a fantastic day that showcased the energy, enthusiasm and teamwork of our Year 9 PASS classes. 

Inclusive Education 

Our Inclusive Education Science Day provided a wonderful opportunity for our students to explore science through a range of engaging, hands-on activities. Organised by Mrs Borg and facilitated by the dedicated IE team, the day encouraged students to experiment, investigate and develop their understanding of scientific concepts in an enjoyable and supportive environment.

Students participated in a variety of exciting stations, including water rockets, banana pianos, potato clocks and fossil making, just to name a few. It was wonderful to see students demonstrating curiosity, persistence and enthusiasm as they explored each activity and discovered how science can be applied to the world around them.

The day was a valuable opportunity to challenge and extend our IE learners, while also providing opportunities to develop collaboration, problem-solving and confidence. A sincere thank you to Mrs Borg and the IE team for their creativity, organisation and commitment to providing such a memorable learning experience for our students.
