What’s Happening in the Library? 

NSW Premier’s Reading Challenge 

A huge congratulations to the 362 students who completed the Premier’s Reading Challenge this year! Completing the challenge is a fantastic achievement and reflects a strong commitment to reading. We are very proud of all our students who took part and made reading a regular part of their lives.  

#BookTok Made Me Read It 

Our new #BookTok Made Me Read It display, features popular titles that have been recommended and shared widely on TikTok. From The Summer I Turned Pretty to Six of Crows and A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, there are plenty of titles to discover. 

Sports Books 

For our sports fans, we have also created a new Sports display featuring biographies and stories about sporting stars including Ronaldo, Messi, Haaland, Kane and Salah. It’s a great way to combine a love of sport with a love of reading! 

R U OK? Day Display 

To recognise R U OK? Day, the library also featured a display with information about checking in with others and seeking support. Students contributed handprints to the display, writing the name of someone they could talk to if they were not feeling OK. It was a great reminder that everyone has someone they can turn to and that asking “Are you OK?” can make a difference.
