Montrose Church of Christ is seeking a passionate and relational Assistant Pastor – Children & Youth (part-time, 2–3 days per week) to help lead and support ministry with children, young people, and families within our church community.

This collaborative role involves working alongside existing volunteer teams to nurture safe, engaging, and faith-forming environments for children and youth. Experience in children’s and/or youth ministry is preferred.
