AI Interdisciplinary Presentations
Congratulations to our Year 8 students who completed their AI Interdisciplinary Presentations on Tuesday the 9th of June.
Every student spoke to the panel of assessors which included teachers from across learning areas as well as Dr Catherine Smith from Melbourne University who has partnered with us to deliver our AI teaching program and who has attended classes and provided resources to Taylors Lakes Secondary College to further the learning of our students.

Dr Smith speaks of the relevance of this area of learning and her excitement about being part of the presentations and the final outcome of the work students undertook to create a plan that will make Australia a world leader by using the tools AI has the potential to offer.
We must also congratulate Harseerat Sandhu for contacting our Prime Minister and receiving direct feedback on her proposal to build her learning.
Many of the students made an extended effort to contact experts in their fields to get feedback and information to improve their proposal. Well done to everyone involved for such an amazing achievement.
