WEEK 10 - Week of Light!

- The Rainbow Club has organised this event to help raise money for the Starlight Foundation and remind TPS students that we can all put a sparkle in someone else’s day by being kind and caring.
- Please bring a gold coin donation and wear something sparkly!
- Teachers will gather the gold coins in their classrooms and members of the Rainbow Club will visit each classroom to collect donations on the day.
- Rainbow Club will also be offering face painting at lunchtime on the day in F/1A classroom.
The Protectors: Live theatre production
On Thursday 25th June, Brainstorm Productions will present their student wellbeing performance ‘The Protectors’. There will be two performances on the day:
Years Foundation – 2/3S performance at 12:40pm
Years 3 -6 performance at 2:30pm
The performance follows the story of Leo and Serena, who are struggling to get along with their peers. When Leo and Serena enter ‘Protector School’ they discover that empathy, assertiveness and respect are their real superpowers. They learn how to build resilience and positive connections at school, at home and online.
‘The Protectors’ is a live theatre experience, developed by educators and a clinical psychologist. The performance is aligned with key outcomes from the curriculum, as well as current research and recommendations from expert organisations such as the eSafety Commissioner. The show is designed to spark conversations about bullying, cyber safety and wellbeing among our students.
Brainstorm Productions is one of Australia’s most experienced and respected theatre in education companies, performing to over 260,000 students every year. Brainstorm Productions are endorsed by the eSafety Commissioner as a Trusted eSafety Provider
