Congratulations to Bryce M (Year 10), who was awarded 'Best First Year Boundary Umpire' at the VAFA Umpires award night last week.
Here’s what Bryce’s coach had to say:
"Bryce has worked hard on his umpiring craft this season, particularly his throw-ins and positioning. Bryce has developed his running capacity, which has resulted in regularly umpiring B grade football. His consistent attendance at training and willingness to improve demonstrate his work ethic and coachability. Bryce should be congratulated on his efforts this season, and I look forward to watching him develop in 2026 and potentially make the VFL list one day."
