2024 Youth Awards
The Lyrebird Awards celebrate excellence and encourage participation within non professional performing arts associations in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Youth Awards are designed to recognise artistic merit and celebrate artistic endeavor of young performers and to encourage them to continue in their performance pursuits.
This year, Lilydale High School is honoured to have received 6 Junior Nominations and the Judges Award in a Youth Play for ‘Curtain Call & Chronicles’;
- Outstanding Student Design Achievement - Choreography, Lighting, Costume Teams
- Best Comedic Performer - York Newell
- Best Dramatic Performance - Max Caulfield
- Outstanding Acting Partnership - Acrobats | Aruna Bown & Jade McCullough
- Highly Commended Performer - Emily Geerling
- Best Choreographer - Kenzie Reid
