Philosophy National Gallery Excursion 

On Friday the 4th of September McClelland College's year 11 philosophy class took and excursion to the National Gallery of Victoria. Students had a fantastic time looking at classical, modern and contemporary art pieces around the gallery. Before we left the city, we made a quick detour to Hoiser Lane also known as 'Graffiti Alley'. Students were encouraged to think about the value of different art pieces and how we find value in art. Many students found that they valued the creativity, intent, and message behind the art .
