Congratulations to the following students:
Sylvie Gundry, Sofie Klasen (Year 6), Alexandria Champion, Tatum Smith and Rennie Woolnough (Year 5), who have been named on the U12 state hockey team. They will be travelling to Bendigo in August. We wish these students the best of luck. Go shine on the field!
Jessica Hu (Year 7), who attended the 2025 Tasmanian Junior Chess Championships, where she was crowned the U16 girls' champion. What an incredible achievement! Well done, Jessica.
Annabelle Pritchard and Stella Thristan (Year 7), who have been selected to represent Tasmania at the Water Polo Australia National 13&U Development Competition, taking place in Hobart from 3–6 July. We wish Annabelle and Stella all the best for the tournament. Their dedication and hard work in training have truly paid off!
Storytelling Showcase – shortlist announcement
This term, our Junior School students have been hard at work crafting imaginative tales for the annual Storytelling Showcase. The theme for this year was 'Lost', and we were thrilled to receive 120 story submissions from students in Years 1 to 6.
Well done to everyone who participated. It is wonderful to see your enthusiasm for creative writing and storytelling. We are excited to announce the shortlisted entries. Congratulations to the following students whose stories stood out:
