Water Polo Tasmania | Academy Training
Academy Training is a great opportunity for all players, regardless of ability or which school/club you play for, to come together to work on skills and fitness for the upcoming local and national competitions. Academy training is essential for those vying for selection in Water Polo Tasmania (WPTAS) National State Championship Teams.
Registrations for WPTAS Term 3 Academy are now available. Click the link here for more details.
WPTAS is also excited to launch WPTAS Flippa Academy. Flippa Academy is aimed at athletes in Years 3 and 4, or those in Years 5 and 6 who have not yet played water polo. It is ideal for those considering playing flippa ball in Term 4 as it will introduce basic skills, including swimming with the ball and passing. Registrations for the Flippa Academy are now available at the link here.
For more information on either of these programs, please refer to the WPTAS Term 3 Academy Handbook
