Year 3 Life ED

This week, Grade 3 students participated in the CyberWise program with Life Ed Victoria, where they explored how to stay safe, responsible, and respectful online. Through engaging discussions and activities, students learned how to identify personal information that is safe to share online, recognise unsafe online behaviours, and understand how to respond to cyberbullying.
Students also explored age-appropriate games and apps, discussed strategies for keeping themselves and others safe online, and reflected on healthy digital habits. As part of their learning, they identified positive changes they can make in their own online behaviour and committed to actions that support safe and respectful use of technology.
| Class | Name | Student voice |
| 3A | Kaylee S | I enjoyed Healthy Harold because I got to meet Harold and learn what apps and games are suitable for my age. |
| 3A | Aaron G | It was fun because there was an act of a real giraffe with a pupper and weird fun activities. |
| 3C | Markus H | I learnt that Candy Crush is 13+ because of in-app purchases. This is inappropriate because kids shouldn't use their parents’ credit cards without permission. |
| 3C | Heidi H | I learnt that I shouldn't talk to strangers online while playing games. |
| 3C | Dhaani S | I enjoyed learning about which games are appropriate for different ages. |
| 3L | Nathan L | I enjoyed meeting Healthy Harold because I got to explore more about what apps and games are appropriate for my age.
