2026 School Photos

This week, a letter was sent home with students, with information on how to order your school photos.  Each student has a unique code allocated by the photographers; this code is recorded on the letter, along with a link to the photographer's website where photos can be viewed and purchased.

Emergency Contact Information Updated on PAM

Unexpected illnesses and injuries are unfortunately inevitable, to make things run as smoothly as possible for your child/children at school, could you please ensure that your emergency contacts are up to date on PAM and that the emergency contacts are available to assist in the times that the parent/guardians are unavailable.

This is important to keep children safe and well cared for.

Thank you for your assistance.

School Photographs

This year we have a different process for ordering school photos.  Once the photographer has prepared all photos for sale, parents will receive a link to the photographer's website to review and purchase photos directly.  No forms need to be filled out or provided to the school or photographer.

At this stage we are waiting for confirmation that the photos are ready for purchase.

PAM / SIMON Everywhere

All school activities and permissions will be accessed by parents via the Parent Access Module (PAM) - the SIMON Everywhere app is no longer being used by the school.

Please go to the 'Parent Access Module' section of this newsletter for instructions on using PAM.
