Dear Oatlands Primary School Families,

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality programs and opportunities for our students and families, Oatlands Primary School has recently undertaken a comprehensive tender process to review our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program.

Following this process, we are delighted to announce that TeamKids has been appointed as our new OSHC provider. TeamKids will commence operations with a Vacation Care program from Monday 12th January, followed by Before and After School Care services starting when the term begins and students return on Thursday 29th January.

We are confident that this new partnership will deliver an exceptional experience for all students and families.

In the coming weeks, families will be invited to attend information sessions and community events, including an online Parent Information Evening (on Wednesday 26th November at 7pm) and a Free Coffee Morning, to meet the TeamKids team and learn more about their programs. Please keep an eye on Compass and other school communications for dates and details.

Service, Parent Fees & Times

^These fees are significantly reduced once the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is applied. Families are only charged the remaining “gap” amount after CCS. Individual circumstances affect CCS eligibility. ABOUT TEAMKIDS

TeamKids is proud to be independently owned and operated by teachers.Unique within the industry, TeamKids will employ a qualified full time Coordinator, known as the Director of Service, who will be supported by a part time 2IC to ensure consistency and quality across the program.

The Director of Service has two key responsibilities:

1. To implement engaging, age appropriate experiences and create warm, inspiring environments where children want to go.

2. To ensure consistent staffing, excellent communication with families, and strong connections with the school and wider community.

• Champions excellence and consistency through a full-time Director of Service and dedicated 2IC who ensure every session runs smoothly, safely, and caters for each child’s individual needs.

• Maintains an unmatched record of quality and compliance, with 100% of TeamKids services meeting or exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS), setting a new benchmark across the OSHC sector.

Registration Information

All families will need to register (free of charge) with TeamKids.

If you are new to TeamKids: Please visit www.teamkids.com.au, select your program, and follow the simple enrolment instructions to register your child and make bookings.

If you have used TeamKids before: Please contact the TeamKids Customer Service Team, who can link your existing account. You can then add your new bookings.
