From the Front Office

Car park works during the school holidays

During the upcoming school holidays, the front parent-visitor car park will be closed while we complete an asphalt overlay and repair minor potholes. During this time, all visitors will be required to use the rear car park. Signage will be in place to direct traffic, and the entry gate to the front car park will remain closed.

Car park lines are scheduled to be repainted by the beginning of Term 4, with pedestrian crossings and directional arrows to follow later in October.

We ask all families to take extra care and exercise caution when entering and driving through the car park at the commencement of Term 4, particularly if wet weather causes delays in finalisation of these works.

Uniform Shop Update

The Uniform Shop is closed for the break and will re-open on Tuesday 7 October as we transition to our new provider, Noone.

A friendly reminder that Term 4 is Summer Uniform.

Student Progress Meetings – New Format

Our upcoming Year 7 – 10 Student Progress Meetings (formerly Parent–Teacher Interviews) will be held on Monday 13 October, between 10.00am and 6.00pm.

Students in Years 7 - 10 are not required at school on this day except for their scheduled meeting, and classwork will be set on SEQTA for completion at home. This also includes Year 11 students, who will also be learning from home.

Bookings opened via EDVAL on Thursday 11 September and will close on Thursday 9 October at 5.00pm. Parents will have received an email with a unique booking code for their child. Each meeting is 5 minutes, and we kindly ask parents not to book back-to-back sessions to help keep the day running smoothly.

Please note, Student Progress Meetings are optional. If you feel confident about your child’s progress and have no concerns to raise, there is no obligation to book a meeting.
