Middle School Update

Last week Years 9 and 10 attended a short information session regarding senior school pathways.

Ms O'Brien-D'Ambra presented students with a brief overview about the pathways available here at the college. Year 10 students have also been provided with a physical booklet titled 'Where to Now', a guide produced by the Victorian Government which provides key terminology and an outline of the pathways available to students in Victoria.

There is a digital version of the 'Where to Now' booklet and a copy of the Middle School VCE and VCE VM Presentation given to students pinned to the Compass News Feed.

We are encouraging discussions at home about future pathways so that students are engaged in determining their school journey

Year 9 Music Concert

The Year 9 music students put on an incredible performance this week. Their dedication to learning the music notes, memorising the lyrics and creating epic sounds together was brilliant. The final song of the night was This Love by Maroon 5, which involved the entire Year 9 class. In this item there were guitars, bass, piano, voice, trumpet, saxophones and drums - check out the video! Feel free to come along to the next one and sing along with our wonderful audience and talented students.

Year 10 Business Entrepreneurship Market Day

What a great day it was, for a Market Day on Wednesday 29th May! The courtyard was pumping and the traders were busy selling and feeding the students and staff for lunch.

All market holders should be proud of their efforts, with many selling out of their products. Now it's time to count their profits, which will go towards new lockers and drink taps for the college.
